We keep our six wild caught angelfish in a community tank with hatchetfish and cardinal tetras. The tank is 240 liter (120 cm long). The males spar with each other, but generally speaking there are a shoaling fish. The temperature is 26-27 degrees. Although the water is harder than it would be ideally, they do not seem to be affected by it. So far, not breeding activity has taken place.
